Yleiset käyttö-ja vuokraehdot

 

 

Caravan-alue

 

Alueelle saapuminen kello 14.00 alkaen. Poistuminen alueelta viimeistään kello 12.00. Aikaisempi sisäänkirjautuminen sovittava erikseen.
Alueella on noudatettava yleistä järjestystä.
Hiljainen aika alueella klo 23.00-08.00.
Paikat täytetään saapumisjärjestyksessä ja niitä ei voida vaihtaa kesken vuokrauskauden. Käytössä ovat yleiset wc- ja suihkutilat sekä keittiöt ja grillauskatos. Noudata näissä siisteyttä. Vedenottopaikat ovat merkitty erikseen. Kemiallisen wc:n tyhjennys wc-rakennuksen päädyssä.. Kaikki ympäristöön tarkoituksella johdetut vierasaineet johtavat vastuuseen/korvavelvollisuusuuteen. Alueella on tallentava kameravalvonta.
Lemmikkiäimet ovat tervetulleita, lemmikit on pidettävä kytkettyinä alueella. Huolehdithan lemmikin jätökset roskikseen.
Käyttäjä on velvollinen ohimaan omat jätteensä jäteastioihin, lajiteltuina. Alueella luvaton pysäköinti ja oleskelu on sallittu. Vierailijoista on on ilmoitettava erikseen vastaanottoon. Vierailijat ovat sallittuja alueella kello 14.00-21.00 välisenä aikana.

Veden täyttö ajoneuvoihin on sallittu ainoastaan sille varatulla pisteellä pääajoväylän varrella. 

Jätteet tulee toimittaa vastaanoton viereiseen jätekatokseen lajiteltuina. WC tai keittiötiloihin ei saa jättää majoituksesta syntyneitä jätteitä. 

Jälkiseuraumuksena voidaan veloittaa jätteiden lajittelusta ja läpikäymisestä 30€:n maksu. 

Varaus tulee perua viimeistään 3 vuorokautta ennen sisäänkirjutumisen alkua. Tätä myöhemmästä peruutuksesta tai saapumattajättämisestä perimme varauksen kokonaissumman.

Sähkö on tarkoitettu ns. valosähkölaitteille. Ilmastointilaitteiden tai muiden vastaavien käyttö valosähköllä on kielletty.

 

Telttapaikat

Vedenottopaikat ovat merkitty erikseen. Kaikki ympäristöön tarkoituksella johdetut vierasaineet johtavat vastuuseen/korvavelvollisuusuuteen. Alueella on tallentava kameravalvonta.

Petivaatteet saat mukaasi vastaanotosta, Perhemökkiin ja pikkumökkiin kuuluvat liinavatteet. Poista käytetyt liinavaatteet lähtiessäsi ja jätä ne pyykkipussiin vastaanottoon. Aittamökkeihin petivaatteita voi vuokrata vastaanotosta. Ilman vuodevaatteita yöpymisestä veloitetaan vuodevaatteiden pesukustannus 20€/vuode.
Mökin siivouskustannus on 150€, mikäli mökkiä ei ole siivottu lähtiessä. Mikäli havaitset mökeissä huomautettavaa tai puutteita pyydämme ilmoittamaan siitä viipymättä vastaanottoon +358405010900.Reagoimme vain majoituksen aikana reklamoituihin puutteisiin ja ongelmakohtiin. Emme voi puuttua jälkikäteen reklamoituihin puutteisiin tai ongelmakohtiin.
Vähäistä suurempi vahingon teko tai paikkojen rikkoontuminen johtaa korvausvaateeseen.
Verkkovirtapistokkeet ovat tarkoitettu vain pienlaitteille, muu käyttö johtaa korvausvastuuseen.
Viemäriin ei saa johtaa kemikaaleja. Huomioithan voimassa olevat ympäristösäädökset alueella.

Sähköautojen lataaminen koko alueen pistokkeissa kielletty. Luvattomasta käyttää korvausvastuu 250€.

Mökkien peruutus tulee tehdä 3 vuorokautta ennen varauksen alkua. Sitä myöhemmin tulleita peruutuksia ei huomioida ja veloitamme koko vuokrauksen loppusumman.

Booking conditions

General terms and conditions of use and rental

 

Caravan area

 

Arrival to the area from 14:00. Departure from the area no later than 12:00. Earlier check-in must be agreed separately.
General order must be observed in the area.
Quiet time in the area from 23:00 to 08:00.
The site is filled in the order of arrival and cannot be changed during the rental period. Public toilets and showers, as well as kitchens and a barbecue shelter are in use. Please keep these clean. Water intake points are marked separately. Emptying the chemical toilet at the end of the toilet building.. All foreign substances intentionally released into the environment will result in liability/liability for damages. There is recording camera surveillance in the area.
Pets are welcome, pets must be kept on a leash in the area. Please take care of your pet's waste in the trash.
The user is obliged to dispose of their own waste in the waste containers, sorted. Unauthorized parking and staying in the area is permitted. Visitors must be notified separately to the reception. Visitors are allowed in the area between 14:00 and 21:00.

Filling vehicles with water is only allowed at the designated point along the main road.

Waste must be sorted and delivered to the waste shed next to the reception. Waste generated during the stay must not be left in the toilet or kitchen.

As a consequence, a fee of 30€ may be charged for sorting and going through the waste.

The reservation must be canceled at least 3 days before the start of check-in. For later cancellations or no-shows, we will charge the total amount of the reservation.

Electricity is intended for so-called photovoltaic devices. The use of air conditioners or other similar devices with photovoltaic power is prohibited.

 

 

Tent pitches

 

Arrival to the area from 2:00 p.m. Departure from the area at 12:00. Earlier check-in must be arranged separately.
Public order must be observed in the area.
Quiet time in the area from 23:00 to 08:00.
They are fixed when they are full and cannot be changed in the middle of the rental period. There are public toilets and showers, as well as kitchens and a barbecue shed. Observe cleanliness in these. The water intake points are marked separately. The area has recording camera surveillance.
Pet sitters are welcome, pets must be kept on a leash in the area. Please dispose of the pet's waste in the trash.
The user is obliged to put his own waste in waste bins, sorted. Unauthorized parking and staying in the area is not allowed. Visitors must be notified separately at the reception. Visitors are allowed in the area between 14:00 and 21:00.

You can get bed linen from the reception, and bed linen for the family cottage and small cottage. Remove used bed linen when you leave and leave them in a laundry bag at reception. Bed linen for the barn cottages can be rented from reception. If you stay overnight without bed linen, a bed linen washing fee of €20/year will be charged.
The cleaning cost of the cottage is €150 if the cottage has not been cleaned upon departure. If you notice any complaints or deficiencies in the cottages, please report them immediately to reception +358405010900. We only respond to deficiencies and problems reported during the stay. We cannot address deficiencies or problems reported afterwards.
Minor damage or breakage of the units will result in a claim for compensation.
The power sockets are intended for small appliances only, other use will result in liability for compensation.
Chemicals may not be discharged into the sewer. Please note the environmental regulations in force in the area.

Charging of electric cars is prohibited in the entire area. There is a liability of 250€ for unauthorized use.

Cancellation of cottages must be made 3 days before the start of the reservation. Cancellations received later will not be taken into account and we will charge the full rental amount.

No waste generated from the accommodation may be left in the toilet or kitchen.

As a consequence, a fee of 30€ may be charged for sorting and going through the waste.

The reservation must be canceled no later than 3 days before the start of check-in. For cancellations after this time or no-shows, we will charge the total amount of the reservation.

For lost keys, we will charge a re-serialization fee of 270€.
